  3. Shape into small ball or however you wanted it.
  4. For the skin, toast bread until it gets really brown and hard, let it cool and beat it and you'll get your own breadcrumbs.
  5. You can just use the white eggs, but i use the yellow as well. Mix it and roll the ballsi in itcoat and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
  6. Fried the balls in medium heat.
