2. Break 3 eggs into a bowl with half a packet of samyang seasoning, whisk well
3. Put the boiled noodle into egg and mix well
4. Heat up frying pan with about a tablespoon of oil and put the mixture into the pan
5. Once the bottom is cooked, flip over
6. Flip back up, apply the remaining of the samyang sauce on top of the omelette and garnish with shredded cheddar and seaweed.
