The ingredients needed to make Spanish Omelette:
  1. Prepare 750 gr potatoes
  2. Make ready 4 eggs medium size
  3. Make ready 200 gr chopped onions
  4. Get Salt
  5. Get 250 ml Olive oil
Instructions to make Spanish Omelette:
  1. Slice the onion and peel the potatoes. Slice the potatoes thin.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pot. Place in the onion, add the potatoes.
  3. Deep fry the potatoes until soft or well cooked around 10- 15 minutes
  4. Sieve out the potatoes and onion to a bowl.
  5. Crack the eggs and mix it well with the potatoes.
  6. Season it with enough salt.
  7. Heat a non-stick pan. Add two tablespoons of olive oil. Add the egg mixture into the pan. Cook with medium heat. Once in a minute swirl the pan to make it cook evenly.
  8. After 7 minutes cooking, take a plate cover the pan, flip it over. Place the omellet back to the pan, cook another 4 minutes for another side.
  9. Omellet is ready to serve..
