  9. Take remaining broth and mix with pioneer brown gravy mix until dissolved then add to pan.
  10. add steak to pan making sure to add all the yummy juices that has dripped from the steak. turn fire on low let cook for 45-50 mins or until tender
  11. if you need more gravy you can use the 2 cups of water I normally use just 1 cup of water
