  8. Take 1 small onion sliced
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp cilantro finely chopped

  12. Prepare 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
  13. Get 1 tbsp roasted crushed coriander seeds
  14. Make ready Half tbsp roasted crushed cumin
  15. Prepare To taste salt
  16. Prepare 1 tsp blackpepper powder
  17. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
  18. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  19. Prepare 4-5 curry leaves
  20. Make ready 1 n half tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  21. Take 5-6 tbsp oil
  22. Get 1 tbsp butter
Steps to make Vegetables Karahi:
  1. Heat oil in karhai than add cumin seeds & curry leaves to it.. let them crackle than add sliced onions n fry them until golden.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste n saute it for 1 min.. than add potatoes n peas n fry… now add carrots n fry for 2 mins.
  3. Meanwhile blend tomatoes.
  4. Now in a separate bowl mix red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt, crushed coriander n crushed cumin.
  5. Now add prepared masala to the veggies n fry for 2 more mins… & safe 1 tsp prepared masala for later.
  6. Now add tomato puree n mix well… cover the lid n cook it for 5 mins.
  7. Now add cauliflower & capsicum to it n cover again n cook until oil seperates.
  8. Now add green chillies & dried fenugreek leaves n mix well.. cook for another 5 mins n sprinkle remaining masala with lemon juice & chopped cilantro.
  9. In last add 1 tbsp butter n Serve with chapati, paratha or naan.
