  16. Take 1 tsp finely chopped Cashew Nuts
  17. Take 1 tsp chopped Raisins
  18. Get 1 tsp finely chopped Almonds
  19. Take 1 tsp finely chopped Pistachios
Instructions to make Keshar Rasmalai:
  1. Take a Kadai or Pan, pour the full of milk to warm. Place the flame on high and wait for a boil. After one boil take some warm milk in a bowl for the saffrons to leave their everything. Reduce the flame in low and stir the milk continuously otherwise the milk may burn from the downside.
  2. Moving on to the next step, take a big bowl and add the ingredients of making balls. Please use the warm milk that you use to make gravy just for binding all together in a smooth dough. Make a soft dough by adding maida, milk powder, baking powder+soda, ghee and some warm milk. After making a soft dough rest it for at least 5 mins to set under a cover in room temperature.
  3. Stir the milk very frequently. And add the saffron milk into the milk. After 5 mins make some balls according to your preference and give those e shape.
  4. Now add the condensed milk, sugar, sugar candies and powdered milk in the warm milk. Mix everything all together very well. Before adding the flavours make sure your milk should have reduced half from previous quantity.
  5. Put the milk balls in the warm milk. Cover the Kadai with a lid for at least 10 mins in low flame. After that your Keshar Rasmalai will be prepared.
  6. Don't forget to garnish the top. Because this process makes you crazy. But you have to control your cravings 😆
