  1. Get 1 packet whipped cream 500gm
  2. Get 3 eggs
  3. Get 1/2 cup Sugar powdered

At its most basic, creme brulee is a creamy, pudding-like, baked custard with a brittle top of melted sugar that cracks when you gently tap it with a spoon. The custard is made with heavy cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. The melted sugar crust will be slightly warm or room temperature when served, but the custard below should be cold. Next, pour the mixture into a ramekin.

Instructions to make Creme Brulee:
  1. In a bowl put eggs, sugar,vanilla essence and yellow food colour and mix well.
  2. In a vessel heat the whipped cream
  3. Pour this into the sweet mixture.
  4. Stir gently.
  5. Cook on Microwave oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes till done.
  6. Take out and chill for two hours in a fridge.
  7. Decorate with fruits and nuts.
  8. You can caramelize the top of your creme Brulee with a blow torch.
  9. Serve chilled.
  10. 200 calories per serving

The melted sugar crust will be slightly warm or room temperature when served, but the custard below should be cold. Next, pour the mixture into a ramekin. But first—and this is as complicated as the recipe gets—you put the ramekin into a pan filled with water. So, this is the first time I'm making Creme Brulee. I took them out of the ovenand let them sit for about an hour.
