  1. First separate the flowers of the cauliflower and blanch them in warm salted turmeric water.
  2. Then add ghee 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder hing beans blanched cauliflower aloo with salt and cook well.
  3. Now in a different Kadai add oil mustard seeds jeera saunf and 1/2 teaspoon hing let it splutter. To this add onions green chilli and ginger garlic paste cook till raw smell goes. Now add chopped Palak and let it become soft then add salt to taste dahi at powder and amchur. Mix and simmer for two mins.
  4. Add ready Palak masala with ghee roasted veggies and serve with roti.
