  17. Take 1/2 tsp Mustard seed
  18. Prepare To taste Salt
Instructions to make Bihari Khichdi:
  1. Washed daal and rice. In pan melt the butter on medium flame, give tadka with mustard and sauté garlic onion.
  2. Now add all spices and mix well and cook little
  3. Add all veggies and now in pressure cooker mix everything then add daal and rice along with glass of water and cook for 3 whistle.
  4. Serve with pickles and papad.
