  4. Remove excess oil from pan.In 2 tbsp oil, sprinkle cumin,ajwain and asafoetida. When they crackle, add the ground paste,tomato puree and all dry masalas.Add salt and pinch of sugar to taste.Add kasoori methi and malai or fresh cream.Fry till oil leaves sides.
  5. Add a cup of water and boil.Adjust gravy according to need.Pour gravy in a bowl.Add cream and mix.Dip required amount of koftas just before serving.Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with roti,lachcha paratha,naan or any rice preparation.
