  1. First wash the sprouts,and pressure cook around 2 glass of water for 1 whistle
  2. For the masala paste take all the dry masala in a bowl add little water and make a thick paste
  3. In a pan add oil/butter.then add cumin seed,and mustard when it splutter add curry leaves and chopped garlic saute till raw smell loose out then add chopped onion saute till it become translucent add salt acc to taste.then add chopped tomatoes
  4. Cook tomatoes till it become soft and mushy cover it for 10 min on a medium flame then add our masala paste and hing.cook it till it become release it oil
  5. Then add boiled sprouts cook.till 2-3 boil.now its done to serve with pav,chopped onion and your fav farsan
