  2. After the dough is ready take lemon size ball roll it like a chapati apply 1 tsp oil sprinkle little bit chat masala,dry kasuri methi,red chilli pwder…then make a twist like a fan..and roll it like this
  3. Now take a pan add 1 tbsp desi ghee then adf our laccha Parantha over it and cook from both the side till it become golden in colour.
  4. Now our leftover masala dal laccha Parantha is ready to serve with curd or pickle.

If the dough seems stiff add water. Since my leftover dal already had onion tadka in it so I have skipped adding onions to my dough but feel free to throw in some onions or veggies and improvise the recipe as per one's liking.
