  16. Get as required coriander leaves
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp ghee
  18. Take to taste Salt
  19. Get Spices
  20. Get 1/ 2 tsp haldi and red chilli powder
  21. Make ready as required Ghee for paratha

Sai bhaji prepared with spinach, green cholai leaves, fresh vegetables and soaked dal can be served with rice and steaming hot chapatti. How to make Sindhi Sai Bhaji Vegetarian. Wash tomato and green chilies, chop in big chunks and make paste. Preheat some oil in a pressure cooker.
