  22. Make ready 6-7 garlic
  23. Get 3 clove
  24. Make ready 2 cinnamon stick
  25. Take 2 green elaichi
  26. Get 1 bay leaves
  27. Make ready 1-2 dry red chillies
  28. Get 2 tbsp cashewnuts
  29. Prepare 3 tbsp roasted peanut
  30. Get 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  31. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  32. Prepare 1 tsp coriander/cumin powder
  33. Make ready To make kofta:
  34. Get 100 g paneer grated
  35. Make ready 100 g potato grated
  36. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
  37. Get To taste salt
  38. Get 1 tbsp green chilli, ginger paste/chopped
  39. Get 1 tbsp kothmir
  40. Get 2 tbsp dry grapes and cashew
  41. Get 2 tbsp cornflour
  42. Take For Final seasoning:
  43. Get 1 tbsp Ghee
  44. Take 1 tbsp oil
  45. Get For Gravy
  46. Get As needed water
  47. Make ready 3 tbsp malai
  48. Get To taste salt
  49. Prepare 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  50. Take 1 tsp kasuri methi

Instructions to make Malai kofta and Garlic Naan:
  1. First prepare the dough for naan. Combine all ingredients Maida, salt, baking powder, soda, curd. With the help of milk knead to soft dough. Take little oil and press for 5- 10 mins. Keep aside.
  2. To prepare gravy for Malai kofta. Check for ingredients given under gravy section. Take a pan and Heat ghee/oil and add all ingredients one by one. Till tomatos become soft cook it. Switch off the flame. Allow to cool.
  3. Transfer the mixture into mixer jar and crush it to fine paste.
  4. Final seasoning for gravy. Take a pan, heat oil/ ghee, add gravy as prepared in above steps. Add water, salt, kitchen king masala. Allow the gravy to cook. Till oil separates. Add kasuri methi at the end. Gravy is ready.
  5. Refer To make kofta section for ingredients. Combine all ingredients well. Make ball sized kofta and dust with cornflour and fry it in medium hot oil.
  6. Now to make naan. Take the dough. And gentle press for 2-3 mins. Take small portion of dough and roll it to a oval shape. Apply water on top portion, add chopped garlic, kothmir, and Kalonji seeds, with the help of roller just roll it once on dough. Now turn backside and apply water.
  7. Pre heat tawa. Put the shaped dough on tawa. Since water is applied backside will stick to tawa. Let it cook for 1-2 min. Now with the help of Chimta hold the tawa and show the front side of tawa on top of gas flame. Hold tawa tightly. With high gas flame cook for 2 mins. Brown spots will be seen. Apply butter. Serve garlic naan with Malai kofta.

Perfect no onion no garlic side dish for Indian pulao, roti and parathas. I have had malai kofta only once in my life time. But I saw a cute serving dish at Mustafa the one you see below in which I have kept the koftas. I everytime look at it as its really cute and I wanted to buy it.
