  3. Place torn pita pieces on a cookie sheet in even layer. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp. of the dressing. Toss to coat. Place in oven until browned and crisp. About 5 minutes.
  4. Place chickpeas, tomato and cucumber in remaining dressing.
  5. Arrange chopped salad on 2 plates and top with chickpeas, tomato and cucumber dressing mixture evenly.
  6. Sprinkle toasted pita pieces between dishes and toss to coat.
