While the dipped dark chocolate is still warm, place two eyes onto the center of the dipped chocolate section for the eyes of the ladybug. Place back on the lined cookie sheet. Cut sides with filling in half to make "ladybug's wings." Spread plain side of each wing with frosting. Press chocolate chips into red frosting for "spots." Ladybug Cookies are plump and tender with that wonderful moist red velvet cake flavor and loads of melty chocolate chips. And my favorite part about these Ladybug cookies is how amazingly easy they are!
