  5. Place cookies in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until brown on bottom.
  6. You could add other ingredients like raisins, chocolate chips, pineapple (as in image) or whatever else you want.

So break out a cookie sheet and a stand mixer and enjoy. Add egg, bananas and oats; mix well. Cream together the shortening and sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Add egg, banana, oatmeal and nuts. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
