  5. Let it simmer, taste and make sure the meat is tender and seasoned well.
  6. Pre-heat oven for 350°F….Next is to place the zucchini pan, place them close together it doesn't tip over. Place meat in zucchini carefully
  7. After 35 minutes are finished check w/ knife the inside of the zucchini to make sure it's soft.

Pat the zucchini dry and fill the cavity with the stuffing. Go ahead and really pack the filling in there before mounding it on top. This will help it hold together when you slice the zucchini later. Finely chop zucchini pulp; set aside. Saute onion in oil in large heavy skillet.
