  9. Roll dough into a log and use floss to cut it
  10. Let it proof for about 30-45m, cover with wet towel or plastic wrap
  11. Bake for 35-40min at 175°
  12. Meanwhile combine ingredients for the glaze (cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk)
  13. Take the rolls out of the oven and put the glaze on them
