Using roasted caulifower and caramelized onions it is a hearty soup for cold days. Place the caramelized onion and the baked cauliflower into a pot, pour over with vegetable stock and bring to boil. Then simmer for a minute or two, to combine the ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
