  1. Make ready 6 boiled potatoes, cut into cubes
  2. Make ready 1 cup cauliflower chopped blanched
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup blanched chopped carrot
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup blanched chopped beetroot
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup blanched peas
  6. Take 1 tsp ginger paste
  7. Get 1 tsp garlic paste
  8. Get 1 cup chopped onion
  9. Take 1 tsp garam masala
  10. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Get 1 tsp cumin powder
  12. Make ready 2 tsp coriander powder
  13. Make ready 1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
  14. Get 1 chopped green chilli
  15. Make ready 2 tbsp + Oil for frying
  16. Take 1/4 cup roasted peanut
  17. Take 15 raisins
  18. Get 1 tsp black pepper crushed
  19. Get 1/2 cup suji (semolina)
  20. Make ready 3 tbsp flour
  21. Take 2 tbsp cornstarch
Steps to make Vegetable Chop:
  1. Chop all vegetables. Heat oil in a kadhai.
  2. Then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste cook for 2 minutes, then add all vegetables and boiled potato cubes, add salt to taste, add turmeric powder, chopped green chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder mix well. Cook for 5 minutes, then mash all vegetables in a masher.
  3. Then add coriander leaves, peanuts, raisins mix it thoroughly and cook few minutes then keep aside for cooling, make a batter for coating, in a bowl add flour, cornstarch add 1/2 cup of water mix well. In a plate spread the semolina, then make 20 balls of the mixture, make a cylinder shape deep into the batter then roll it over the semolina.
  4. For frying heat oil in a kadhai deep fry the vegetable chop till golden brown in colour, serve hot with tomato sauce and onion.
