  9. Get 1/4 cup Moong bean sprout
  10. Make ready 6-8 Grapes (chopped)
  11. Take 1 tablespoon Peanut (roasted)
  12. Make ready 4-5 Almonds (roasted and cut into 3-4 pieces)
  13. Prepare 1/4 cup Cucumber (grated)
  14. Prepare 1 tablespoon Apple (finely chopped)
  15. Get 2 tablespoon Apple (grated)
  16. Take 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
  17. Get 1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
  18. Prepare 1 pinch Salt

  20. Make ready 1/2 cup Fresh apple juice
  21. Take 1/2 cup Olive oil
  22. Make ready 1 tablespoon Mustard paste
  23. Prepare 2 tablespoon Honey
  24. Prepare 1 tablespoon Tamarind paste
  25. Take 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  26. Make ready To taste Salt
  27. Make ready 1 tablespoon Roasted Cumin powder
  28. Get For garnishing:-
  29. Take 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (roasted)
  30. Get 1 tablespoon Musk melon seeds (roasted)
Steps to make Tabbouleh Salad:
  1. Firstly, collect all ingredients.
  2. For dressing:- Take bowl, add tamarind paste, honey, mustard paste, salt, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, mustard paste, apple juice and cumin powder in it and whisk everything well and keep it aside.
  3. For salad:- Heat olive oil in a pan.
  4. Add garlic paste in it and cook it until it's raw smell is completely gone.
  5. Now add chopped broccoli, babycorn and mushrooms with a pinch of salt and cook it on low flame until it is slightly softened then switch of the flame.
  6. Take bowl, add coriander leaves, red, yellow and green bell peppers, grapes, moong bean sprouts, chopped and grated apple, grated cucumber and roasted peanuts and almonds in it the mix everything well.
  7. Now add prepared dressing in it vegetable-fruit mix and mix everything.
  8. Take this out on a plate, garnish it with roasted sesame seeds and musk melon seeds.
  9. Tabbouleh Salad is ready to serve now.
