  1. Mix all the dry spices with the qeema. Add tomatoes, onion, ginger-garlic paste, and mix well.
  2. Add egg and besan and scrambled egg and mix well. Take some qeema in your hand and press a slice of tomato on it. Put the tomato slice side down in the frying pan and shallow fry till done. Do not over fry as it will dry the kabab.
  3. Serve with naan or garlic herbed rice.
